Mixed with various bright colours, textures and even hints of neon through the hair with gel or in forms of bobbles paired with long plaits, loose pony tails or tight buns. The bright eye and cheek combo but neutral face and the males fresh faced look complimented the vibe and mix of clothing being showcased.
Backcombed bouffant’s and huge headdresses framed the bright eyes and contrasting lips; with a mix of yellows, pinks, greens and blues on the lids with bolder colourful eyebrows then contrasting red or pink lips to finish off the very polished face.
The show was staged as a movie within a movie showing the beautiful collection. Pairing the movie theme with classical 70’s make up that you see in the old magazines setting the era that we was easily transferred into.
The make up look is subtle, a fresh face with a textured monochrome eye which from afar you wouldn’t be able to see the detail around the eye.
The make up paired with the strong silhouettes and metal details matching the doodles on the clothes as necklaces, earrings and hair pieces in the long plaits. The make up was soft, not polished – powdery white eyes, raw skin and stained blood lips.
