‘I always like to ensure that I have prepped the eye area before applying eyeshadow. I lightly buff a small amount of Skin Base Lift Concealer before applying any eye shadow. The concealer is self-setting, so once it’s dry the formula will give you a clean base to work on top of, as well as truer eyeshadow colour pay off and a softer blend.’
