Hi illamasqua, I placed an order several days ago now and it hasn't been dispatched. This is a bit unusual since every time I've ordered in the past, it's been a really prompt dispatch and delivery service! I don't mind so much waiting, I'm just concerned that my order has been lost or forgotten about or won't be complete when it arrives. I did order my makeup during your half price twitter sale - will that have something to do with it? Thanks so much, I adore your makeup!

Really really disappointed in your online customer service. For MONTHS (possibly a year) , I have been trying to get my professional discount applied yet it doesn't seem to be getting anywhere. You are either out of the office for christmas/ easter / new year then never get back to me. I love your products but this is getting very frustrating. Especially when I go to the effort of sending all the needed documentation yet no reply? Will soon give up and move on to another company that looks after makeup artists and appreciates my business which isn't ideal, as I love Illamasqua products.
