Finally, the perfect pair!
5After 8 years of searching for a foundation to match my skin, I've finally done it! After buying Skin Base in 2 a few months ago, and it simply being too pink for my neutral undertones, I purchased Rich Liquid in 133 yesterday to mix with it. 1.5 parts of SB & 1 part RL, I have the perfect foundation. The coverage is amazing, it sits on my skin beautifully even after 8+ hours and doesn't even feel like I'm wearing anything on my face. A tiny bit of this mix goes a long way, any more and it'd look cakey & probably slide around within 2-3 hours. Application is key to working with this foundation!

Extremely Pleased
5The foundation has a full coverage and non-drying texture, a pleasant scent and an even more pleasant shade range. The shade 115 is perfect for people with very fair skin, like myself, and the way that the liquid blends over the skin is truly without fault. It covers flawlessly, hiding any spot, rosacea or problem area with a small dot. You could definitely take this to a medium coverage by using a dense buffing brush (eg. Morphe m439 Deluxe Buffing Brush) and spritzing said brush with MAC fix+ or anything like. However, I do appreciate and love the coverage that it provides. My T-Zone was not problematic and it stayed on all day, through the temperamental rain and the heat of an indoor shopping centre. I would definitely recommend purchasing this products if you have fair to dark skin, love high coverage and you like products that feel great on the skin.

Amazing - THE BEST
5I have been purchasing this for a couple of years and it's always been amazing. I then decided to try Estee Lauder double wear for a change and I cannot believe how much it changed my skin type. It's shown me how amazing Illamasqua's rich liquid foundation is. It's extremely full coverage but not drying at all. If you have dry skin this will not crack and go patchy. It's flawless all day and so soft feeling. I receive so many compliments about how lovely my skin looks and I put this down to Illamasqua rich liquid foundation. Use a primer too, it makes the foundation go so much further! I use their hydra veil - Perfect match! x

Amazing!
5A friend told me about this foundation. I saw the price and I'm not usually happy on spending more than £10 on foundation. However, I'm so glad I did!! The results are amazing. I won't ever use another foundation!

*shakes head in disappointment
1I have combination skin so I'm oily in my t zone and I have dry patches (leaning more to dehydrated at the moment). I am very gentle and careful with my skin so it is well moisturised and gently exfoliated...yyeeaahhh this foundation sucks. It's the worst one I have ever tried. The only good thing that I have to say about it is that the shade range is impeccable as I look like something out of twilight (no joke I have genuinely asked if I am ill or a vampire). This foundation claims to have incredible high coverage, with a natural/Demi matte finish and feels light weight...no, just no. It manages to cling to dry patches even on a freshly moisturized and exfoliated face, looking chalky, cakey and mask-like. I have tried every application method possible (a damp sponge and multiple brushes -buffing stippling you name it!). Not to even mention that I did not receive the full coverage that is raved about, even after thin layer after thin layer slapped on my face. And even then it looked patchey and uneven. I also used several consistencies of primers and some made the application easier (do not recommend silicone based primers) but not the overall appearance. It transfers easily which wouldn't be a problem if adding a powder didn't make the appearance worse! I bought this to wear for a special occasion but every time that I have applied it I have taken it off as it just emphasises blemishes and dry patches and sinks into my pores (which are tiny) and into my smile lines etc. I'm so disappointed in this product as I wanted to love it so much. I wish that I didn't purchase this product, could get my money back or try something else -anything else this stuff is awful!! If anyone has any recommendations on how to apply it or dupes then feel free to share.

Fabulous Full Coverage!
5I have used this foundation on and off for the last 5 years and I can safely say it is the best full coverage foundation I have ever tried. You can wear it alone for a great full coverage foundation with a matte finish, or mix with a little highlighter to give more of a glow! Your bottle will last for months on end as you need very little for great coverage and it lasts all night, no need for touch ups!

Not great for combination skin
2I usually use Estée Lauder double wear but fancied a change. I love the texture, coverage and colour match of this of this foundation and a little goes a long way however it's rubbish on combination skin even used with illamasqua matt primer. It had slid off by lunchtime and highlighted pores on my nose. Disappointed to say the least!

Amazing for flawless looking skin!
5My skin is normal/slightly dry at times. I'm fair, and normally have to fake tan for the palest colours to suit..... Not now! I got this in RF115, and my face is very red compared to my body/ this is PERFECT! It doesn't cake in fine under eye lines, and hardly any is needed for full face. The thinnest layer gives a full coverage whih is so natural looking! I have skin base, but I need a couple of layers to feel happy with it. I only used this today, but have come out of the gym and none of it slid off! Can't believe it! Totally worth the money! Chuffed that for a Matt full coverage I don't look Cakey, and lines don't fill with this product! Did transfer slightly, but used translucent powder to set! Love love love!!!!!!!! Try it!
