Cardboard packaging
2Honestly didn't expect this from illamasqua. I've been a loyal customer since the very beginning and this is the first time I was genuinely disappointed with a product. I paid good money for just a flimsy cardboard palette - it looked like good quality plastic of some sort in pictures, but I was really shocked when I saw how they've used cheap packaging to put together some eyeshadows that already exist in other pallettes. Very disappointed - otherwise the eyeshadows themselves are of good quality, but it's still a let down because of the cheap cardboard!

Best Shadows Ever...
5Yeah so the packaging is made out of cardboard, so what! Lush selection of colours and as always with illamasqua so so pigmented its unreal! very happy with mine!

Dissapointed.
3Cardboard really? Im paying £40 of my hard earned cash to treat myself and i get cardboard on a so called luxury item. In most other companies youd get prinstine undamaged cases (mine came with one of the corners already damaged) that look flawless and sometimes even a brush...the colours look good but honestly looks like it was a freebie give away in a magazine. Ive never been disaapointed by this company i hope it doesn't happen again...

2Honestly the eyeshadows are good but for the price I can't believe the packaging is cardboard, mine looks tatty already. Shocking!

Poor packaging
3Eye shadows are a great combo & usual standard but the packaging is dreadful. I'd liken it to the cheapest of the cheap brands from super drug as opposed to the premium brand it is. Very poor appearance just hope my clients won't judge the contents by the packaging!
