Amazing coverage, light weight and realistic look
5I have used various other foundations from big cruelty free brands and have come back to this brand yet again. It is so lightweight yet gives a realistic skin look as well as amazing coverage. I am 52 and am starting to get textured skin, now have some large pore areas as well as a great deal of pigmentation. Also going through menopause with a lot of sweating and this copes with everything. Â Despite being a brunette I have fairly light skin but can't quite get the perfect shade despite their range. However, I use a mix of 5.5 and 7 as I have cool skin (warm in this range). It mixes so easily given it's lightweight formula and as I create my own colour it allows me to adjust the light or dark to match the seasons and I get longer use out of each tube. I have absolutely nothing negative to say at all.Â

5Fab foundation, I highly recommend it. I’ve used this product for years, it provides great coverage without being cakey, the colour looks natural and it’s not shiny on application, thanks illamasqua!Â

The best foundation on the market
5I am a professional mua and also 45 years old and this foundation is the very best on the market. I use it on all clients young and old on all skin types it really leaves the skin looking the most flawless ever. You can use a light amount or a fuller amount for more coverage and no matter what it just looks incredible. I have tried most foundations over the years and nothing comes close to this incredible skinbase trust me you wont be dissapointed. You can buy samples of this foundation as well which is a fab idea especially as the lower 6 are for very fair skin.

The best
5I have been using this foundation for 7 years it’s amazing. I honestly wouldn’t buy any other.Really lightweight and beautiful coverage. It isn’t shiny when taking photos and looks great in photos.Â

Superb coverage
5I’ve used the illamasqua range for almost a decade now and I have to say it gives me the best coverage. It’s long lasting, not dewy, the foundation sets perfectly. I just love the skin base range and would happily recommend this to others too. Despite me ageing  over those years, I’ve never had to change shades or products. Well done illamasqua!Â

Brilliant
4I tried the sample of this after my usual foundation changed, I was happy you could try the sample before committing to the full size.  The colour is a perfect match for my skin tone and the coverage is excellent, I have never had such a good match. It looks natural and it doesn’t look Cakey like some others I’ve tried. It stays matte throughout the day, I used the powder too and it was perfect. My new favourite foundation.Â

5I have used this foundation on Brides and I’ve also used it on photoshoots, always get amazing feedback! Coverage is so good but still feels lightweight! (I also use this as my daily foundation). In fact all illamasqua products give such a lovely finish!Â

Complicated Returns System
4Obviously from my orders you can see I like your skin base foundation. I don't like the assumption that everyone has access to a computer and printer. Your instructions for returning a product are miniscule on a phone. It was a real pain to read. I gave up when I saw the word printer. I am hoping to continue buying the product but thru Amazon where it is simple to return, if I made the same mistake again. However I am looking for alternatives.
