Best foundation in the world
5I am a really pale girl, and for years and years i have struggled to find a foundation pale enough for my skin. in other brands i have tried i have always gone for the lightest colour however its always too dark. I read the reviews on this foundation, and thought i would try it. OH MY GOSH I AM IN LOVE. Even though i probably have the palest complexion on the planet, the 115 was really pale and looks almost white on my skin. Its amazing. The coverage is really full and hides absolutely everything. I don't have to wear any concealer. Although it is a liquid once on the skin, it has a has a lovely soft silky powdery matt appearance which i love, so its not really necessary to wear powder buy you can if you want. Oh also when on the skin you can barely feel it is there. its so light, and i have had so many complements on my skin since wearing this as it makes me look as if i have a perfect complexion. Will definitely be buying this again and again. Recommend it 100%.

Best. Foundation. EVER.
5This is by far the highest coverage foundation I have EVER come across. It blends beautifully, looks natural (and INCREDIBLE when used after the Hydra Veil). You really have to buff this product into your skin but when you do, Wow. This product can cover anything, spots, tattoos, redness. It is brilliant. And the website swatches are pretty accurate.

Application Perfection!
5This is the perfect full coverage foundation, but it is all in the application. You MUST moisturise properly or use a luminising primer. Then stipple the foundation on your skin and blend with a moist beauty blender sponge. You also need to work fast as it does dry to a mattifying finish quickly. The final result is, however, worth it. Love it, Illamasqua! My (very) oily face thanks you!!! PS - Since this is full coverage, it think its best for special occasions or nights out... definitely not for everyday wear (like Skin base), since the application requires a little finesse.

Light liquid foundation
5I totally love it, I was looking for the perfect foundation and this seems to be it. It gives me a flawless look and isn't too thick for my skin, great coverage and ideal for my skin.

4I have very, very pale skin and foundations are always way too dark, they tend to make my skin look like cardboard. But mixing this pure white in with my normal foundation works very well. The only problem for me is that it is a little too thick for my combination skin. It tends to stick in the dry areas. I would prefer something lighter but I love the white colour.

BEST FOUNDATION I'VE BOUGHT
5I fell in love with this foundation only the second time I put it on. It leaves a flawless finish however the key is in the application. The first time I tried to apply this foundation I thought it was horrid leaving my skin looking dry and flakey even though I have normal to slightly oily skin, after a quick research I read that you must must must moisturize well before application of this particular foundation. After I did I applied about a pea sized amount and blended in using a beauty blender sponge (do not dot onto your face first before blending!!) and it left my skin looking better than any other foundation I've tried before had ever done - no pores, there wasn't even a need for any concealer over red marks from acne. Also this is the only foundation that I've come across that's light enough for my skin (115). I recommend this foundation if you are looking full coverage however if you have particularly dry skin I would not. Overall great foundation!

Great coverage.
5Only foundation I've found that's light enough for my skin (I custom mix - approx. 3 parts 115, 1 part 120) and covers everything without exacerbating breakouts. Worth every penny for me. How I apply: Let my moisturizer mostly sink in, then apply foundation with cosmetic wedge, then blend with flat top brush. Set with powder, and good to go! I tend to need to do a midday face blot, but that's true with any foundation I use - and this stuff still looks good after!

best foundation and I have tried every brand!
5First of all you girls who are slagging this product off saying its too thick/cakey it doesn't sound like you know how to apply foundation in the first place! Everyone should use moisturiser before applying makeup no matter what skin type you are so you skin is hydrated throughout the day and a cakey over matte face is not a good look for anyone. yes it is quite a heavy foundation but its meant to be as its full coverage, its absolutely amazing if you apply it PROPERLY and I have used so many brands/foundations! I have never had so many comments since using this though, it covers perfectly, matches my skin and even looks dewy due to the moisturiser i use. so don't despair just have a proper base and don't apply to much a little goes a very long way with this !!
