So disappointed ...
1Having read all the great online reviews about Abyss and following a glowing recommendation from friend I couldn't wait to try this eyeliner but was so disappointed. As Lydia found, this eyeliner cracks and flakes off during the day and today for example, by 11 am I only had half a line remaining! I have used maybelline liquid felt pen eyeliner for many years and have never had this problem but as it is now being discontinued, wanted to find something similar to replace it. Sadly it won't be Abyss!

2As a long time fan of Illamasqua, this product gets mixed reviews from me. On the one hand, the opacity is good - a lot of white eyeliners tend to be translucent - but on the other hand, the consistency/texture is somehow both sticky and flaky, and it dried out my eyes horribly. Although the product stays on for a long time, it feels thick, cakey, and drying, and is just generally uncomfortable. It's made me hesitant to try out the rest of the Precision Ink shades, as I don't know if this was just a fluke, or the whole range is like this.

5I'm a very pale girl with green eyes, this works great for my complexion as sometimes black is a bit harsh for me. Really makes my eyes stand out, it's so easy to use and wonderfully glossy and quick to dry :)

Makes an impact!
4I now own all of the precision ink colours, and love combining them to create intricate details or just to use daily as part of my eyeliner routine.. Liquid eyeliner is a must in my make up bag! Scribe is a beautiful, pure white colour that looks great applied to the corners of the eyes in order to really make them pop. I find the formula is a little more flaky compared to the staying power of the other three shades, but I tend to find this with other white liquid products I own. Definitely recommend!

1I don't know whether I just got a bad batch or whether Scribe doesn't work for me, but I hated it. I've never had problems with cosmetic allergy before but it made my eyes water like nothing else and the colour itself was sheer, uneven and flaky. Once dried, it cracked like crazy. A shame, because this was a product I would have probably reached for every day.

5This is a beautiful colour - really flattering on my fair skin. It's easy to apply and lasts for hours. Definitely recommend for thick or thin precise lines. The one I bought last January has just run out and I'm buying more. It's a staple.

5Really lovely eyeliner. The applicator is of a very good quality and makes light work of otherwise quite difficult styles, and stays put all day. I'm really very impressed. The only downside I would mention is that it's a bit of a pain to get off at the end of the day, but with a bit of coercion it does come off without too much drama. But overall a product that I would definitely purchase again :)
