Apocalips!
5First of all, what a wonderful colour! Not an everyday lipstick, but I'm always on the lookout for opportunities to wear this shade. Smooth application and looks great with gloss on top. Texture is dry (like most Illamasqua lipsticks I own) but I find that this is key for lasting colour, and it's usually comfortable with balm underneath. I absolutely adore this shade and this company!

5Long-lasting, matte, intense colour. So happy to see a brand with colours outside normality. The science behind complimentary colours acting as an optical illusion is so interesting.

Salacious
5I have a rather huge collection of [mostly higher-end] lipsticks, but I didn't have another color quiiite like Salacious. Salacious is really the absolutely perfect deep berry red, with pink undertones. It's a wonderfully "clear" color, with no muddy tones, but it's deep and rich, rather than garish. The texture is smooth, though maybe a tiiny bit on the drier side. Lip balm underneath easily fixes that. I detect a very faint "crayon-y" scent, but there's no detectable taste. Salacious wears beautifully, leaving a pretty berry stain behind. I live in Texas, so I was pleasantly surprised when my lipstick arrived in just under a week after I placed the order. Salacious is so great that it has me eyeing other Illamasqua lipsticks. Illamasqua is a non-animal-testing company, which is important to me. I'd gladly buy Salacious again, as well as other Illamasqua products.

5This colour is so good, brightens up your look immediately, found it a little hard to put on at first but just put it in the fridge and chilled it for a bit and it applied flawlessly, one of my staple lipsticks now.

Pristine - Creamy and rich
5Highly pigmented and flows across your lips like a dream! I don't wear it too often, although when I do I get a lot of compliments. It is a bit shinier than I thought it would be, I was expecting a much drier texture, but the lasting power is still incredible. Best things about this product are that it doesn't bleed, and doesn't have a strong fragrance, which is very important to me. Highly recommended if you're looking for a black lipstick.

5What a lovely colour! I've never worn a bright pink lipstick before, and I was surprised at how good it looked. Texture is dry, which I prefer, as the colour lasts an insanely long time!
