disappointing
2this is the first illamasqua lipstick I purchase and I have to say it was disapponting.The colour is absolutely gorgeous but the texture was horrible.it doesn't bother me that it's dry-I was going for a matte finish anyway-but what I find very disappointing is that it was very patchy and it applied uneven.i tried applying it both straight from the tube and with a lip brush but nothing worked.lip balm helps but then it loses its matte finish and it doesn't last long.I would not recommend it.

The best black Lips...
5This Lipstick was amazing, I got it suggested it when I went into a local illamasqua the other day and it was absolutely Fantastic! Before that I had been using Barry M black lipstick and what a waste! It always came off so easily and was very thin. But this colour is highly pigmented and evenly covers your lips. Also its not sticky or thick and makes your lips feel very creamy. This is most probably the best black lipstick money can buy!

Super gorgeous
5I read reviews saying this lipstick was very drying and hard to work with that you have to use a lip brush and scrub your lips before.... BUT as soon as I got it I was so excited just used it straight from the tube on my dry lips and it was so creamy it just gilded on. I'm in love with this lipstick it's beautiful. Never going to believe reviews again. I must have more colours

Really lovely colour
4This lipstick has a very unique and intense colour. I have yet to find another lipstick with this shade. The texture is very dry though so make sure you put a bit lip balm underneat. Because of its texture it's hard to apply evenly so the best application is with a lip pencil. But it lasts almost forever which makes up for it :)

1I purchased this lipstick and another in a different shade and I was very disappointed. They are so dry. Iv tried applying it in different ways. It looks so patchy and flakey on my lips. I even tried it on other people and I got the same result

Not for me :(
2This colour did not suit me at all, was a really fake coral on my lips which just made me look pale and washed out. Formula is also too drying and hard to apply smoothly. On the plus side, good lasting power and doesn't budge easily

4I love the colour, it is perfect for a pretty, neutral look. The texture of Illamasqua lipsticks are a bit too dry for my liking, especially if your lips are a little chapped but if you use a lot of lip balm before the texture is fine and the colour really lasts a long time.

Shard is perfection!
5Having a bad day I went to the Illamasqua counter to buy a lipstick (we've all had days like that I'm sure). Originally I was looking for something akin to an oxblood colour but the lovely MUA convinced me to try shard. I have (dyed) fire engine red hair and pale skin and shard is just is too delicious, I pair it with the lip pencil in torment. I love that Ican apply

Creamy Brink
3I have a deep olive skin tone so I bought this thinking it would go perfectly with my colour. However, its a very light colour, more light than the moving swatches demo. I haven't worn it often but it's creamy and very pigmented!

Unusual Posture
4Such an unusual colour. Really nice matt finish & wears well. Best results for me when applied with a brush, not straight from the bullet.
