Position Overview

The Visual Merchandising Manager provides all round support to the Visual Merchandising Department and assist the Head of VM on all project management, mainly focused on 2D POS and 3D product displays (not interior design or full build projects).

Key responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of all temporary campaign collaterals (rolling campaigns and Ad hoc) and permanent tester unit updates

• Create clear CPA and budget documents for all projects 

• Product layout recommendation and brief creation for internal review before 3D design 

• Brief suppliers, negotiate quotes and update budgets 

• Create and update all logistics documents for packing, dispatching and installation door by door

• Follow up delivery and implementation of all VM assets instore (collaterals, videos etc.) 

• Send VM guideline to markets 

• Window/store installation in flagship stores

Other responsibilities 

• Main contact for UK counter managers for all maintenance issues 

• Gather competitive insights through regular store visits of Illamasqua main competitors

• Maintain VM Masterfile documents for each market 

• Coordinate all VM deliveries

Background 

• 3+ year experience and education in retail visual merchandising or associated field 

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and prioritising 

• Must be able to work well under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment 

• Proficiency in creating and editing documents in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong negotiation skills

Position Overview

The Retail Artist will contribute to the overall success of the account through excellent make up artistry, teamwork and the delivery of outstanding customer service. Promoting, enhancing and maintaining the Illamasqua image and reputation to the customer. 

Key responsibilities and standards

• Sell the Illamasqua brand and its products/services to achieve required retail individual and account sales targets for AUS, AUT and productivity set by the company.

• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge, communicating this to the customer to meet their needs.

• Book appointments and deliver lessons and transformations to achieve sales targets and deliver a total brand experience.

• Prompt, polite and efficient customer services at all times to provide each and every customer with the best level of makeover possible in Illamasqua style tailored to the customer requirements.

• Communicate information to the Business and Assistant Manager/Head Office when required.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience in a similar industry working with KPI’s and sales targets.

• A passion for makeup artistry, beauty and cosmetics.
