Manufacturing issue NOT fixed
1I was very to buy this because of the packaging issues everyone has writtent about, but then saw someone form illamasqua's comment that it had been fixed. Sadly it has not. My palette arrived with 3 of the colors shattered and stuck onto the mirror and one of them still in place.

Green colour fell off
2Not happy - the green palette fell off and it wasn't a full palette either. The colours are nice tho.

LOVE
5I chose this to wear on NYE and I am happy to say that it stayed on after a night of partying and looked great all night! I love the colors, but what I love most is the creamy texture that has real hold.

Manufacturing Issue

dissapointment, total boz - Illacrapsa!!!
1The pack arrived damaged with cakes loose as did everyone else in my class, I let them know and they said they would send me replacements for two eye pallatte's which they failed to deliver I am astounded at their lack of customer care and I will in future fail to grace them with my custom. Dire quality or service.

Nice colours but function of pallete is very poor!
1I like the colours and that's the only thing positive about it. When I first had it delivered two of the colours fell out, the second palette had one fall out, and the third was better but one of the colours in it's silver container fell out. Not great for pro MUA's on the go, really disappointed!

LOVE
5I really love this palette! When mine came in the mail, the green color had fallen off too, but I just stuck it back in its place and haven't had a problem since. The best part of this palette is the creamy texture of the eyeshadow. It goes on really easily and stays brighter longer. I just love the feel! It is also very light weight. Any other creamy shadow I have bought from other brands has always been very heavy and never blends well. The colors are great too, love them all, and I love blending them together. I like to use these during the day with heroine and slink, starting with heroine on my lid and slink along my brow line, and then adding a few of these palette colors along the edges for some brightness without looking like I came to work straight from an all night dance party. I really hope that Illamasqua comes out with more palettes using this creamy shadow, SO happy with it!

Simply WOW
5I have never seen a texture like this. Illamasqua you have done it again! I love the way these shades glide on easily over the eye and stay put all day! Sometimes I even wear the orange shade as blush. They are so easy to blend and just look gorgeous. I get do many compliments when I wear this palette ... Please keep bringing more shades with this texture!

5I love this new formula... I like how I can have it be light or add more to make it brighter. I also like the pink and orange for blush colors or a hint of color for the lips! great job.
