The people who join us – whatever their role – all have one thing in common: they dare to be different. We employ experts and we give them the opportunity to think independently, to push boundaries and to really make a difference.
In our first year we opened eight UK retail counters within the UK and Ireland, established a thriving international business at illamasqua.com, and rolled out to 28 stores across the US. Our exciting expansion plans mean new positions are opening up all the time. Our Make-Up Artists (MUAs) and retail management team are at the heart of our business, and they deliver the Illamasqua brand experience every day. The teams are made up of full-time, part-time and freelance crew. Our MUAs have an affinity with our brand, connect with our customers and are ambassadors for self-expression. We look for MUAs with creative flair and excellent technical skills, who also have a talent for building customer relationships and the ability to achieve sales targets.
In return, we provide unique, extensive training and ongoing development support. Because working for Illamasqua is much more then just a job – it’s a way of thinking.
