First we have the nightmare of a mess with all our orders getting destroyed and waiting forever for them to be replaced. Okay we put that aside figuring maybe it was partly the mail problem and part your problem and things happen. You have a sale and many of us sat there for an entire hour trying to process the orders. Mine was only 3 polishes because honestly after the last mess I didn't want to order a larger amount and have problems. Magically at the hour my checkout and confirm screen popped up yeah um NOT instead of the 50% that was there I checked when I was adding them and there is my order full price. Seriously I'm done I have a ton Illamasquas but I'm tired of the run around and the sales that never work. At 3000+ polishes I will not be adding more Illamasqua its not worth the trouble
Reading through the posts here - is nothing going to be done for people who had problems checking out? All I see is a lot of "sorry" posts. Kind of surprised to not see "email us and we'll help you out."
