Not as good as Havoc by Lydia

I bought Abyss after using Havoc. I wrote a 5 star review for Havoc, it's a truly fantastic eyeliner and I stand by everything I said there - it stays where you put it, the colour lasts all day etc. Abyss, however, is not nearly as good. It cracks and flakes off during the day, and what doesn't flake off either smudges or fades. I've tried it three days running now with different bases underneath (bare eyelid, concealer/powder, eyeshadow) and each day was the same hugely disappointing result. I don't know what's so different in the formula but Abyss is truly the opposite end of the scale to Havoc. Buy Havoc instead!

I absolutely love this product. I have it in the colour Havoc and intend to buy it in at least black. I have never been good at eyeliner, in fact, I'm pretty horrible, but using this liner is incredibly easy and because the point is so fine I can get really close to the lash line or even between the lashes. The pigment is really rich. Havoc is this amazing dark plum colour and it has amazing lasting power. I find it only comes off using either makeup remover or wet makeup towlette - because it dries quite well, I also find that it comes off in pieces. After applying, I suggest looking down for a few seconds to allow the liquid to dry. This is great if you have hooded eyes like I do and liner has a tendency to transfer onto to your lid because it falls low.
