Selfridges No Noise
A unique shopping experience in London’s famous department store kicked off on the 11th January 2013. Running until the end of February, No Noise urges customer to proactive seek out moments of peace and tranquility in a world that bombards us with information and stimulation.
No Noise centers around the re-launch of its legendary Silence Room, first created by the stores visionary founder, Harry Gordon Selfridge in 1909.
The revamped Silence room is a more modern version of the original concept of an oasis of quiet for those eager to pause. Visitors of the Silence Room are encouraged to mental detox and leave shoes, mobile phones and 21st century distractions at the door.
Illamasqua in the world famous Selfridges Beauty Hall have joined in on the No Noise experience by silencing our mannequins and covering our recognisable masks monochrome design.
