With the launch of our new Summer collection, and the main colour themes running through this collection being pink and orange, this inspired me to create a nail art look in line with the collection and therefore I kept it nice and simple and went for a pink and orange ombre!
All you will need to create this look is Nail Varnish in Monogamous, Loella and Gamma; a Top Coat, dotting tool / tooth pick, and a small make-up sponge.
Step-By-Step Tutorial:
Step 1: To begin I painted all nails in two coats of Monogamous. This provides a neutral base for the ombre to sit on top of.
Step 2: Next it’s time to create the ombre effect! As you can see in the images below, I begin by painting Loella and Gamma side by side on a piece of paper. Then I mix these together in the centre of the two shades and press the sponge onto the nail varnish. Next I take the sponge and transfer the ombre nail varnish onto one nail, repeating this whole step for each nail.
Step 3: The final step is to add a top coat to your nails. I decided to use a normal Top Coat, however you could mix it up a bit and use Matte Top Coat!
And there you have your pink and orange ombre nail art!
