Samantha’s Mid-Week Inspiration: Strawberry Sundae Nails

This week’s nail art is based on a strawberry sundae with chocolate sauce and sprinkles! It’s surprisingly simple to create so if you want to find out how to achieve this yourself follow the step-by-step tutorial later on in this post!

What will you need?

All you will need to achieve this nail art is Nail Varnish in Loella, Taint, Rare, Collide, Omen, Cameo and Top Coat and a dotting tool.

Step-by-Step Tutorial:

Step 1: Begin by painting two coats of Loella all over the nail. Loella is a gorgeous candy pink colour perfect for making the nail pop!

Step 2: The next step is to add the dripping chocolate sauce. In order to do this I took Taint onto the dotting tool and created  the drip effect by dragging the dotting tool from the centre to the top of my nail.

Step 3: Once all nails are dry you can add the multicoloured sprinkles. Again I used the dotting tool and took Omen, Collide, Cameo and Rare one at a time to create the sprinkles.

Step 4: Once everything is dry you can add the Top Coat over all nails. This will seal the nail art into place, prevent chipping and add a shine to the nails!
