Hello everyone!
It’s time for another Manicure Monday post and time for you to update your nails. Whether you’re a nail art pro or, like me you could do with some practice, we have something for everyone to try today.
This first creation is by Jillian who used our Nail Varnish in Devotee for this cute, girly design. If you want to recreate it we’d suggest Harem for a base and Boosh for the detailing! As for the glitter elements, why not try our shade Trilliant?

Nail stickers are a great way to upgrade your usual mani and best of all they’re simple and easy to use! If you want to recreate Tamara‘s spotty base, use a shimmery varnish such as Hemlock and then draw on the spots with Precision Ink in Abyss. Seal the nails with a Top Coat to ensure the pretty design lasts.

Neon and black are always a winning combo, especially when jazzed up in a zig-zag patter. Margaret used Radium and Boosh and we love the result.
Tip: use nail-tape to help create sharp lines in your nail-art.

We were swooning over Mandy‘s latest design this week here at HQ. She used Viridian, Baptiste and Boosh to create this beautiful peacock feather nail-art. You may find using a dotting tool helpful when recreating this design or a thinner nail-brush to create semi-circle patterns.

Now for a simple yet effective mani that will not take too much practice to master. Jo’mina was selected by Laura as a base of her design. She then used a top coat to achieve the spot effect. We’d recommend using Swarm and/or Blizzard if you like this effect.
We hope you found something to recreate! Comment below letting us know your favourite and share your recreations with us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram using #Illamasqua
Have a great week!
