Mani Monday!

 Happy Monday everyone,

We hope you had a great weekend and are feeling refreshed for the week ahead. This week we’ve got an interesting range of techniques from marbled nails to gradient nails, you’re sure to find something to try!

So Summer may be over but who said our nails have to say goodbye to summer colours? Jillian of @br8kdwns on Instagram used Nail Varnish in Monogamous for a peachy base and added a pop of colour from her cuticles to the centre of her nails. We’d suggest recreating with Cameo or for a different splash of colour try Collide.

TIP: Use a stencil and/or a small brush for precision.

Claudia shared her work with us on Instagram; we think her gradient nails are awesome. She used Stance for the pink and Nomad for the green. You could use Faux Pas for the purple and Cameo for the blue if you want to try this look out. Tip: use a sponge to help with the gradient effect.

This marvellous marbled nail-art design was created using Nail Varnishes in Jo’Mina, Stance and Lament. A great choice of colours by Krysta as they really complement each other.

This reptile-looking design by Margaret caught our eye recently. Radium Nail Varnishwas used as a base before being sponged with Viridian. Margaret also used a nail stamp to create the scale effect.

@zoik_nails on Instagram tagged us in this gorgeous green nail-art she created with Nail Varnish in Rampage. Add some emerald coloured gems and gold detailing with the help of Precision Ink in Wisdom, then seal with a Top Coat and you’ll be good to go!

So hopefully you found something to inspire you this week! Remember to share your work with us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram using #Illamasqua for a chance to be featured in next week’s post.

Have a great week!
