So as Halloween draws closer, the aptly themed nail-art designs have been flooding in! Here at Illamasqua, Halloween is one of our favourite times of the year and we just love seeing what you come up with. If you’re still looking for ideas to complete your Halloween costumes then look no further…
Maggie on Instagram shared her spooky nails with us; she used Stagnate in her design. You could use Precision Ink in Abyss to recreate the detailing or why not try nail stamps as Maggie did.
Our Social Media Executive, Heidi, got Halloween nail-arting this week using our newest Nail Varnish shade, Melange. Heidi then used nail decals by DIY Nails to decorate her nails.
Swarm was selected by Sarah who also used nail decals for her nail-art. When recreating, use Alarm for the red bases and Boosh for the black.
We love this vampy nail-art by Margaret who shared this design with us on Instagram. She used Boosh for the base of the nails and Throb and Alarm for the lips.
A gruesome and awesome design by Ruth who used Radium and Omen as part of the creation. We suggest using Precision Ink in Abyss to create the 3D effect as Ruth did. As always, be sure to seal with a Top Coat.
We love these pumpkin nails by Jen who shared this with us on Instagram. If you love it too then try it out using Nail Varnish in Creator for a shimmery black base and Gamma for the pumpkins.
The final Halloween look we were loving this week was this Mexican Day of the Dead inspired nail-art by Nikita. For the glittery red and orange nails use Shattered Star Nail Varnishes in Fire Rose and Marquise. Use Boosh, Gamma and Cameo with a thin nail-art brush for creating the Sugar Skulls.
So with just 11 days to go to Halloween we hope you’re feeling inspired! Go ahead and spook us out with your creations on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram using #Illamasqua.
