Charlotte takes us through this striking blue eye look, step by step.
Highlight directly under the brow bone with a Concealer a couple of shades lighter than your skin tone and blend downwards with an Eye Shadow Brush.
Use Eyebrow Cake in your chosen shade and push upwards and outwards into the brow to define, using an Angled Brush.
Begin with a sheer wash of Cream Pigment in Hollow over the lid focusing more towards the lash line and blend upwards using Blending Brush 1. Apply Powder Eye Shadow in Never over the eyelid and blend outwards and upwards towards the crease. Blend out through the crease and above with Powder Eye Shadow in Anja with Blending Brush 1. Apply Precision Ink in Abyss to line the lashes and creating an exaggerated flick. Line the waterline with Medium Pencil in Sophie and blend Gel Liner in Infinity below the lash line and set with Eye Shadow in Never blending out to Anja with an Eye Shadow Brush.
Masquara in Raven is a must for your lashes as it is big and bold, so two coats will be more than enough. For added drama apply a pair of your favourite false eyelashes. Here I have used my favourite lashes in number 21.
Apply your chosen primer before your foundation, here Matt Primer has been used for the ultimate shine free finish. Apply your preferred Skin Base Foundation shade using a Highlighter Brush, in small circular buffing motions for a polished finish. You can highlight key areas with a Skin Base that is a few shades lighter than your Skin Base shade and a few shades darker to contour. Apply Loose Powder 010 on top to set.
Apply Cream Pigment in Androgen and blend out with a Highlighter Brush over the apples of the cheeks and diffuse up into the temples. With Blusher Brush 1 sweep Powder Blusher in Lover over the cheeks.
Line the lips with Medium Pencil in Strumpet and blend inwards with a Lip Brush. Apply Lipstick in Brink over the lip with a Lip Brush. To Finish top with a sheer coat of Intense Lipgloss in Temper.
