Unfortunately, Illamasqua is unable to cancel or amend any order once they have been placed. You can however return your order to us once you have received it subject to our returns policy, which can be viewed at the bottom of this page.

FREAK PRE-ORDER TERMS OF SALE

Freak pre-order terms relate to purchases of Freak 75ml Eau De Parfum, Freak Limited Edition Gift Set, Pure Pigment in Queen of the Night and Nail Varnish in Hemlock, placed between 3rd October - 12 midnight GMT 20th October 2011.

When you place your order, payment will be taken for the pre-order item/s at the time of checkout. Your order will then be despatched via the delivery method chosen on or shortly after the 20th October 2011. FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY

Free Standard UK Delivery applies to orders over £45. Basket value needs to be £45 or over after Loyalty or Professional discount has been applied.

UK - Estimated delivery to the UK is 3-5 working days. Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. Order tracking is not available for Royal Mail deliveries, so please wait the full 3 working days for your delivery to arrive. Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up. Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

EU & Europe - Estimated delivery to Europe is 8-10 working days. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an Express Delivery option on European deliveries. Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.

USA - Estimated delivery to USA is 15-20 working days. Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an Express Delivery option on transatlantic deliveries. Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.

Rest of the World - Estimated delivery is 14-21 working days. Australian, Brazilian and Russian  deliveries may take between 21- 30 days. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an Express Delivery option on worldwide deliveries. Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.

Brazilian delivery - Customs require a telephone number for all orders, so they can telephone directly for your citizenship number.

Please note we do not deliver to West Indies due to tax and custom reasons.

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

COLOUR ACCURACY STATEMENT

We've made every effort to ensure the colours on screen are as close as possible to the to the actual product colours. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match. Photographs and swatch colours will vary depending on your screen settings and resolution.

RETURN POLICY

Returning products to Illamasqua.

We hope you love your new make-up. However, if there is a problem with your order from illamasqua.com, it has arrived damaged or does not contain the colour/product you specified, please return it to us within 30 days and we will replace it or provide a refund.

Our returns policy

We are committed to offering our Customers the finest cosmetic products available. If you feel the products you received from illamasqua.com do not meet this expectation, you may return, within 30 working days from delivery, any item in its original condition for a full refund, provided that you tell us within 7 working days after the day on which you received the products that you intend to return the item(s).

Please include a completed returns form with your items. We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service (one that requires a signature upon receipt). We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of receiving your notification that you would like to return the products, provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition within 30 working days of delivery.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 30 days of our notification.

This policy is only applicable to purchases made online. If you purchased your item from one of our counters, please understand that each store has its own return policy. We're sorry, but returns for purchases made at an Illamasqua counter or partnered retail location may not be returned or exchanged at illamasqua.com.

Returns for purchases made online will not be accepted for return or exchange at an Illamasqua store or counter.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS:

1. Notify us of your intention to return the items.

This must be done within 7 working days of receiving your order, by calling Customer Services on +44 (0) 844 984 1700 or by emailing us at store@illamasqua.com with your order details. Please note that we can only accept returns for the reasons stated above, and cannot accept

returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. You have thirty (30) days from the date of notification to return the items to us.

2. Return your items by post.

Please return your items in a securely sealed parcel, including the original dispatch note, a completed returns form and a receipt for the return

postage amount. We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service (one that requires a signature on receipt).

Please ensure you retain proof of postage for use in the unlikely event that we do not receive your returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for

3. Processing your refund:

their original condition. We will also refund the return postage amount, as long as a receipt for this has been included.
