So todays the day i'm meant to receive my order...it hasn't even been dispatched! I've sent 2 emails now and still no reply what the hell is going on i kept being told oh sorry they;ll get back to you but they havent.

This is a bit unusual since every time I've ordered in the past, it's been a really prompt dispatch and delivery service! I don't mind so much waiting, I'm just concerned that my order has been lost or forgotten about or won't be complete when it arrives.
