    So i bought the Illamasqua skin base foundation after a lady at the counter matched me to be shade 8 however i was unhappy once I took the product home and tested it it was a totally different colour I don’t understand how trained staff can get it so wrong! I looked completely tan from light skin to orange not happy with the service

    Love illamasqua but I think use are totally out of order in the five pounds hike in price of your skin bàse foundation, myself and two daughters all use but no more, do use forget the times we àre living in I would understand a rise but it is outrageous the amount that illamasqua has risen by,that’s three customers you have lost so far and I haven’t passed it on as yet.use are truely making a big mistake stop being greedy with
    L be illamasqua downfall. Look forward to your reply in justifing this

    We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. However, over time, costs increase, whether that be ingredients, packaging etc, and Illamasqua has protected our loyal customers by maintaining our prices as long as possible. However, we have done the competitor analysis to ensure our prices remain competitive, but to ensure the longevity of the brand and ensure we continue to launch innovative, quality products, we need to cover the increased costs.
