People need to stop complaining about not getting things in the 50% sale. You win some, you lose some. Not Illamasquas fault the site kept crashing, your'd all moan if they never done these quick flash sales!!
Hi! Just a small suggestion... In the near future could you please make your website mobile friendly? Yesterday I stayed up till 1am for the sale. I was using my iPad and when I tried to check out, I could only see what's in my basket but not the shipping costs options etc They wouldn't load. I tried again today just to see if it was due to the number of people on the site but it's the same, so I guess that your site is not compatible with iPad etc Really disappointed that I missed on this sale.

First we have the nightmare of a mess with all our orders getting destroyed and waiting forever for them to be replaced. Okay we put that aside figuring maybe it was partly the mail problem and part your problem and things happen. You have a sale and many of us sat there for an entire hour trying to process the orders. Mine was only 3 polishes because honestly after the last mess I didn't want to order a larger amount and have problems. Magically at the hour my checkout and confirm screen popped up yeah um NOT instead of the 50% that was there I checked when I was adding them and there is my order full price. Seriously I'm done I have a ton Illamasquas but I'm tired of the run around and the sales that never work. At 3000+ polishes I will not be adding more Illamasqua its not worth the trouble
