The Business Manager is the principal representative of the Illamasqua brand in store, and is responsible for the financial performance and brand experience delivered by the counter team.



We are looking for a strong, motivating leader, who will embrace our completely fresh and truly professional way of selling, and be skilled at developing their team. We want an entrepreneurial person, who has an affinity with our brand values, and who will create the environment in which make up artists connect with, inspire and educate their customers.

You must have the relevant experience to run the retail counter within a department store, a strong commercial mind and a proven ability to deliver sales targets. You will need to be creative and proactive in raising awareness of the brand, particularly by attracting customers through in-store and local marketing activity.

You will benefit from exceptional brand and skills training, and be a valuable member of our team of Business Managers, driving the retail growth of this independent British brand.
