A visionary sales team leader, with proven experience in a style or image-related consumer sector.

The Store Manager will be the principal representative of the Illamasqua brand in our new flagship store and School of Make-up Art at 20 Beak St, London, responsible for the financial performance and brand experience delivered by the in-store team.

We are looking for a strong, motivating leader, who will embrace our completely fresh and truly professional way of selling, and be skilled at developing their team. We want an entrepreneurial person, who has an affinity with our brand values, and who will create the environment in which make up artists connect with, inspire and educate their customers.

You must have the relevant experience to run a full retail store environment, a strong commercial mind and a proven ability to deliver sales targets. You will need to be creative and proactive in raising awareness of the brand and our first ever standalone store, particularly by attracting customers through in-store and local marketing activity.

You will benefit from exceptional brand and skills training, and be a valuable member of our worldwide management team, driving the retail growth of this independent British brand.
