We are looking for an outstanding Counter Manager, to lead a highly talented team with vision, imagination and commercial focus at our Myer Robina counter.

Illamasqua Counter Managers must have excellent leadership qualities and a critical eye for the kind of detail that distinguishes Illamasqua – delivering our brand experience 100%, every day of the week. 

We are looking for business-minded managers with exceptional sales ability and the energy to lead by example – constantly setting the tone and pace, and inspiring the team.  

You will be proactive in attracting and building a loyal customer base from scratch.
You will take ownership for the counter’s performance – thinking, communicating and acting as a business leader – ensuring you are attending to the day in hand whilst also planning ahead to create opportunity and build the business.

 All this on top of an intellectual understanding of the Illamasqua brand positioning and values, and a creative flair  that is magnetic to those around you.
 
You must have the relevant experience to run the retail counter within a department store, a strong commercial mind and a proven ability to deliver sales targets. You will need to be creative and proactive in raising awareness of the brand, particularly by attracting customers through in-store and local marketing activity.
