UK PREMIUM DELIVERY
Next Working Day and Next Working Day AM:
*Please note that our courier service DHL has now been bought by the Home Delivery Network Ltd (HDNL) who are also working under the name Yodel. Therefore items delivered to you may be from either DHL or Yodel.
If you order by 12noon, Monday to Friday, you will receive your goods the next working day. If you order after 12noon on Friday anytime on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your goods on the following Tuesday. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later. We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so please be aware of any impending ones when you order!
A tracking link will be sent to you once your order is dispatched by *DHL, for you to be able to follow it all the way to your front door. For “Next Working Day” *DHL will deliver your parcel between 7am and 9pm.
For “Next Working Day AM” *DHL will deliver your parcel between 7am and 12noon. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If the parcel can't be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up. UK Next Day Delivery is not available outside of the UK mainland for example we can not offer the premium service to the Channel Islands, Scottish Highland, Isle of Mann, Isle of White.

Saturday delivery:
The cut off for a Saturday delivery is 12noon the Friday before the desired Saturday. Orders placed after this time will automatically be delivered the following Saturday. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later. We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so please be aware of any impending ones when you order! Key things to note:
Illamasqua is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of circumstances beyond the carrier's control. These include but are not limited to: "Act of God" - e.g. earthquake, cyclone, storm, flood, fog; "Force Majeure" - e.g. war, plane crash or embargo.
What happens if I’ve paid for premium delivery options (Next day or Saturday delivery) but not received my order?
• Check *DHL website to ensure that the delivery was not made. For example the delivery is not with a neighbour.
• If not, please contact Illamasqua customer services for refund assistance by emailing us at
store@illamasqua.com with your order ID details. Illamasqua’s policy is to refund the delivery charges for non delivered items excluding ‘Act of God’ or ‘Force Majeure’ as defined on the DHL website or the Yodel website

UK - Free Standard UK Delivery on orders over £45. Basket value needs to be £45 or over after Loyalty or Professional discount has been applied. Estimated delivery to the UK is 2-4 working days. Your order will be sent out via DHL standard delivery service. You will receive an automated email including a tracking number, however, please do allow the full 4 working days for delivery. Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature will be required upon receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up. Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
EU & Europe - Estimated delivery to Europe is 8-10 working days. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an Express Delivery option on European deliveries. Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.
USA - Estimated delivery to USA is 15-20 working days. Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an Express Delivery option on transatlantic deliveries. Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.
Rest of the World - Estimated delivery is 14-21 working days. Australian, Brazilian and Russian deliveries may take between 21- 30 days. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an Express Delivery option on worldwide deliveries. Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.
Brazilian delivery - Customs require a telephone number for all orders, so they can telephone directly for your citizenship number.
Please note we do not deliver to West Indies due to tax and custom reasons.
